Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of the EZY CABS website and services.

Your booking

When you book through our website, app, or phone, you enter a service agreement with the operator of the vehicle — a driver or operator attached to the EZY CABS network. EZY CABS acts as the dispatch network connecting you with that operator.

Fares

Fares are regulated by the relevant jurisdiction (ACT or NSW) and displayed on the meter during your trip. Fixed-fare quotes provided in advance are binding unless the route changes materially during the trip.

Cancellation

You may cancel a standard booking at any time before pickup without charge. Maxi-taxi bookings require a minimum 24 hours cancellation notice — cancellations inside that window may incur a fee.

Liability

EZY CABS' liability is limited to the fare paid. Passengers are responsible for personal items (see Lost Property). Vehicles are insured for passenger transport in accordance with ACT and NSW regulations.

Updates

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders and posted on this page.
