What happens next:
- We receive the report and log it against your trip date.
- Our dispatcher contacts the driver who did your booking.
- If found, we call you to arrange pickup from the Fyshwick office — or driver drop-off if you're nearby.
- Items unclaimed after 30 days are donated to local charity or disposed of.
