Privacy Policy

How EZY CABS collects, uses and safeguards your personal information.

What we collect

Contact details you provide when booking (name, phone, email), pickup and drop-off addresses, and payment method when relevant. We store trip metadata to help with lost property reports and customer support.

How we use it

Solely to deliver and improve our service — dispatching your ride, sending booking confirmations, processing payments, handling enquiries, and improving operations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Sharing

We share minimum necessary information with drivers (name and pickup address), with payment processors (transaction amount), and with regulators when legally required (ACT Access Canberra, NSW Point to Point).

Retention

Trip and booking records are retained for seven years per ATO requirements. Account and marketing contact data is retained until you request deletion.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate records, or request deletion by emailing privacy@ezycabs.com.au. We respond within 30 days.
