Lost property
What to do if you left an item in a taxi?

Call our office or our call centre or send us an email with information as detailed as possible.
Our lost property policy is:

Taxi drivers will bring any items found in their taxis within two working days of finding the items to the Ezy Cabs office in Fyshwick;

Items received at our office will be logged and stored for 90 days after which, they will be disposed of;

Owners of lost items can collect their property from our office in Fyshwick. A declaration form will need to be completed and ID produced;

Delivery of lost property is available on condition that the owner can prove the item is their property. Any charges associated with delivery/shipping are to be covered by the owner;​

Drivers and passengers can make their own arrangements to recover lost property. Ezy Cabs is not responsible for any arrangements made between a driver and a passenger.
